Our Story
I am a dreamer.
While many aspirations were continually evolving in my life I often found myself daydreaming about one thing, being the proprietor of a store that is a reflection of all the things I love.
As a Realtor for many years I was a gracious guest in many a home. My fondness for decor began there. It's always intrigued me to observe how design defines its nesting dwellers.
No matter the nomenclature; apartment, cottage, condo or house... it's home and boldly speaks to who you are.
Mad Hatter Mercantile was created for those who very simply love great design and see the artfulness in gift giving. Whether you are selecting enviable objects for your home or a gift that is storied and purposed Mad Hatter Mercantile will delight.

Shipping
Shipping will be expedited through USPS, UPS Ground, or Fed Ex within the United States.
Expected delivery is within 5-7 business days.
Shipping charges for orders are as follows:
| $0 to $49.99 | S/H fee $7.95 |
| $50.00 to $75.00 | S/H fee $9.95 |
| $75.01 to $125.00 | S/H fee $11.95 |
| $125.00 + | S/H fee $14.95 |
Furniture items will require additional shipping cost and in some cases additional delivery time. Please contact us if you have a question.
Please contact us if you have an item that requires international shipping or overnight delivery as we will do our best to accommodate your special request.
Items being shipped to a P.O. Box are sent USPS priority mail only.
Returns
Mad Hatter Mercantile wants you to be more than delighted with your purchase! Our hope is to see you back here time and time again; with that in mind we will be happy to accept returns within 30 days from item delivery date.
Items returned after 30 days from item delivery date will receive a store credit.
All returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received and be accompanied by a sales receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Recipient is responsible for all cost associated with shipping.
